Well folks, hold the phone!!!!
I drove to Atlanta tonight...and made it!!! ...alive with out ANY wrecks I might add!!!! (and didn't have to use tomtom!)
Are you proud? I'm proud! Be proud! :)
I know it doesn't SEEM like a big deal, but oh, it is!! My mom has always FREAKED at the idea of me driving in Atlanta! I don't blame her really...have you seen my car lately?! ha! *it's definitely without a bumper if you haven't!*
Anyway, we're here for the BEP(business enterprise program), which is basically the blind vending program that my Daddy is "employed" by.
It's pretty entertaining, too..blind people dancing, fighting in business meetings, and trying to find their way around a hotel...classic!
At least this year, the hotel didn't also book the handicap wheelchair soccer kids for the same week!!!!
I wish I had been blogging last year for this! To say it was hilarious to see the blind people dodging the wheelchair kids is a huge understatement! ha!
I was only here an hour tonight before I was already getting "in trouble" with April! *actually, I rounded the corner, she saw me, and goes "oh lawd, here comes trouble!" ha! Her and Wes, and Wayne and Nicki, and us always have a blast cutting up and making fun of EVERYONE!
I'll blog and let you know how everything goes, maybe i'll be a good blogger and remember to take some pictures! ha! ;)
