This weekend was actually pretty great!
Friday night, I had to work, then "the family" went to Shane's once i got off! That's my favorite, and i didn't even mention it, so i was real excited that we went there!!! :)
It was actually pretty crowded when we got there, so we had to sit outside for a little while until some tables came open! Even though it was such a pretty day on Friday, after the sun went down it became a little bit chilly! Well, VA always makes these "paper towel/napkin jackets" when we're in a restaurant and she is too cold! It really aggervates everyone else because she looks like a retard, but this time, she made my daddy one!
we told him that he was in Evans now, not Thomson, and people couldn't think he was homeless!
We really did get a great laugh out of it!!!
On saturday, I had a great surprise! After spending the morning with my sweet little Alabama, David and Dj, my two favorite EC guys came to visit me!!! I was super excited because they've only been talking about it all school year! lol!!! I was upset that Jessica Wood couldn't come with them, because without the 4 of us, it's not the same, but she was here the weekend before so it evens out! lol
We went to Augusta first, and ate some Japanese for lunch!! :) Then we headed to Sam's so Dj could shop for his store, and then to target!
Once we finished in Augusta, we came back to Thomson, and went to the ice cream shop!! :D yay! We walked around, and just kinda soaked in the beautiful day! David finally had a great idea of finding swings! So we "broke into" Maxwell Elementary's playground. That was my elementary school!! ha! David and I both love to swing, so we just swung and sat, for what seemed like forever! I climbed on the jungle gym, and David and Dj found a tunnel to climb through! It was quite hilarious, and i'll have a few pictures up, soon! I always take my camera and forget about it, so i didn't get many!!
Today after church, Mama, Daddy, and I took Alicia to Atlanta. She's starting training this week for the BEP(business enterprise program) that my Daddy is apart of. She will hopefully be getting her own snack bar, or a rest area! She'll be able to come home on most weekend, like this one and the next, but she will be gone for 11 weeks!!! She's been here for so long, that will take some getting used to!! Atleast it's just Atlanta and not Washington St this time! ha!! I know i'll miss her, even though i don't like saying it! Who am i going to beat in ice skating now, or share the dishes with?! lol! :)
all in all, it's been another great weekend!!! I hope this week goes well for everyone! Still praying about that job! :)
