one day at a time.

sometimes, things don't go quite as well, or easy, as planned!!! 

today, when i arrive to "work", which is babysitting Lauren, i got some pretty rough news! I know it's nothing  she wanted to tell me, or actually wanted to do, but something she had to do. 

I babysit for Patrick and Anita. At the end of March, Patrick is quitting his full time job, and getting a small part time job, while Anita keeps working her Mary Kay business full time! Since they are losing a major part of their income, they are having to cut back on all their "extra's". Since Patrick will now be home during the day, it just so happens that my job of watching Lauren, is an "extra". At the end of the month, they won't need me anymore. I wasn't really excited about this, at all. I actually enjoy watching, Lauren, most days she is fun! Plus it pays really well, especially for a babysitting job!!!  

So this leaves me with, about two weeks to find a new, FULL time job! It also means, that i'll have to quit working at the dealership, where i've been since high school. i'm okay with leaving there, but there are currently only three receptionist, and two of us that work in the cage on saturdays, so they will also be having to hire someone else!!!  Jobs aren't the easiest things to come by these days, especially full time jobs! But i know if i don't want to be living on the street, i've got to find something!!! 

i came home today, and started looking on craigslist and wafj job board and found two things i might be interested in! i'll have to look into them some more. I just pray that I find something i enjoy, plus be where God wants. 

I do NOT want to do ANYTHING in food. i'd rather not have to do retail, but if push comes to shove, i'll do what i have to. i'd prefer a nice little office job! my own desk, computer, with cute paper clips i can count all day! :) 

So, if you hear about any full time jobs being available, it would be so great to hear about them!
