we are family.

 I thought i'd take a blog and introduce you to the "fam." I really do feel like i have the biggest family around, but i guess it's because we're just all so dang close!!! but i wouldn't trade that for nothing!!!! :)

this would be my mommy and daddy! 

i don't have any more recent pictures of just the three of us, besides my graduation. i know that was two years ago, but we still all look the same! ha!! 

they both drive me insane alot, but i wouldn't want to trade them from anything!!! they are always helping me out in so many ways, and i'm so thankful for the both of them, even though sometimes i forget to show my appreciation to the ones i love the most!!! 

                                                   

this is my oldest sister, Virginia or Ginny for short! :) 

she's pretty much like my twin, we laugh at everything, we're always together, we dress alike some days (definitely not on purpose!), buy the same clothes, steal each other's shoes and jewelry. 

most of our times are great, but trust me...we've had our moments...or sometimes days!!! she's like a mother to me, more than a big sister!! she does so much for me and i couldn't ever tell her how much i thank her for all she does!!! there isn't enough space in one blog! ha! but i do love her so very much and i honestly don't know what i would ever do without her!!! 

here is my big sister, Alicia, usually called Leelee, lica, lisha, lecabyrd..or something to that effect. 

apparently we need to take more pics of just us, cause the only ones with just us, are older than Methuselah, and i wasn't about to put some old, nasty, horrifying, ugly pictures on my blog. lol.  

this girl looks out for me! i know she's always got my back! no matter what! just like with Gin, we definitely have our days, but at the end of the day, no matter what we've said to each other, we know that we love each  other dearly!! i know my sisters have helped in life so much, and have helped make me who i am! i thank them for that!!! and i thank God for them, daily!!! i love her!!! 

the best brother in law, ever...Adam! 

man, oh, man! he's more like a brother to me than a brother in law. i mean he's been here for everything!! Gin and him started dating when i was 6, so i've kinda grown up with always having him around! most people can't figure out, why i'm so "close" to my brother in law, or why i would drive 30 minutes to eat lunch with him. but since he's been in my life forever, it's not weird to me at all. he's my big brother! and he's just like my sister, helped me out soo much! he got me an awesome job the summer i came home from college! (which i hated, but grew to love! lol) fixes things right and left, lets me drive his truck, and when i wrecked it, it only took 3 days before he started talking to me again, he's a great help to this entire family, and without him, none of us could make it! thanks for all you do, Ad! you're the best!!! love you!! 

here's the light of my life, Miss Alabama Grace! i just can't get enough of her!! she's the most perfect and sweetest niece, ever! i was so ecstatic when i found out that Gin was pregnant! she's so precious and fun and i can't imagine life without her!! she's always telling everyone "hey", giving everyone plus her babies "love", she's starting standing up by herself, and the list goes on!! i just wish i could capture every second of her life so we don't miss anything!!! last friday, this precious princess turned ONE! i can't believe that the first year of her life went by so quickly! when she was first born, i didn't have the slightest clue about babies!! i held her like she was going to break if i moved! ha! but now, i now how to take care of her, and i love to every chance i get!!! i love her so much, and can't wait until we get to do big girl things together!! those eyelashes are screaming for mascara!!! :) 

this is my lovely Aunt Kathie, Uncle Eddie Bo, and Jenna bug! 

they live about 30 minutes away from me, and i love visiting them in the forest!!! we always have so much with them going to eat crab legs, going to SG concerts, or just staying at the house playing scattergories until 2am! they just know how to have fun! i love them all to pieces!! 

here's my Nana! this was several years ago at her 75th birthday party!! Nana also lives in Gibson, and has fishing ponds we go fishing in and then after we catch 'em, we have fish fry's!! those are big deals  in my family...and the whole town comes over! :) lol she cooks soo good! her cakes, and pies, chicken and dumplings, biscuits...just everything!! especially, her sweet tea!!! mhhhm!! that stuff is heavenly! i had my appendix removed in 1st grade, and she had to bring me pitchers of tea to the hospital. i wouldn't drink anything but water from there!! what can i say, she loves me! :) 

here is my wonderful, Granny!! i couldn't find any pics on my computer of her and I, so i did a pic of just her! as i said before, me and granny are real close! instead of spending friday nights at friends houses, i spent them every weekend at granny's...faithfully! we watched Diagnosis Murder, Sanford and Son, and wheel of fortune, and Jepordy every day!! we sure did have some fun times!!! she's also been a big help in my life! i love her soo much!!! and i cherish the time i still have with her!!!! 

this is my cousin Kevin! we haven't actually known each other but about 3 years, but it seems like forever!! we met at church, actually and started hanging out ALL.THE.TIME.!!! yes i know, it's weird to meet your cousin at church, but we weren't really close to his mom until recently. we knew them and his sisters, but we didn't really know him. kinda strange, i guess. but now, he's pretty much like my little brother! :) i love this kid alot! 

i can't find any good pics of us together either, so this one will work. meet Ben. he's my cousin from Alabama. 

he's actually my favorite cousin from Alabama. his brother went a little crazy a few years back. ha! this dude is more like a brother to me, as well! he's been there for me, alot! he stays up until 3am talking to me about life, and the future, and just anything and everything! he always has some crazy fun stuff planned for us when we come to Bama! he's just awesome. *don't let that get to your head, now! :) haha! but seriously, he's been a great cousin and friend, and i love him dearly!!! 

here is Aunt Betty and my crazy Uncle Jerry! they are from Alabama so i don't get to see them often! which i'm not fond of ! lol! i've been trying to move them up here for years!!!! lol!! I always steal some of aunt betty's clothes and they always take me shopping for something while in Bama and i love visits down there!! they are really special to me, uncle jerry is "'preciated!" :) haha! i love them so much!! 

i guess that's all for the family. i've got lots more, of course, but this was alot, and i'm sorry! but i had to fit them all in!!! :)  friends will come soon enough!
