Thankful- Nov. 8th

Friday Nov. 8th- 

Today I am thankful for my best friend, Jessica Wood.

I met this girl my freshman year of college. She bought me a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's the first night we met, and wouldn't let me pay her. Instead she said "welcome to Emmanuel!" I knew from that very moment we were going to be fast friends. 

We did pretty much everything together in college, including skipping class. Naturally, now when people see us and we're not together they always ask where the absent one is at. Since she lives in Atlanta, we don't get to see each other as often as we'd like, but distance doesn't stop our friendship.

She taught me the real meaning of being a best friend and I really can't imagine my life without her.

"I want to be your BFF until I'm too old to remember what BFF means!"
