Thankful-Nov. 21st

Hey, y'all! 

Thursday-Nov. 21st 

Today, I'm thankful for food. I'm blessed beyond measure that I don't have to worry about where my next meal is going to come from. (i might need to worry a little more! ha!) I can eat three meals a day, heck I can eat five if I wanted to. I have the means to eat out, or to cook at home and there are lots of people who don't have either option. More often than not, we take for granted even the smallest of things like a drive-thru. Some people would kill for a $1 cheeseburger. I can't help but think of an old song my Daddy sings: 

"There's a roof up above me, I've a good place to sleep

There's food on my table and shoes on my feet

You gave me Your love, Lord and a fine family 

Thank you, Lord for your blessings on me." 

That really does sum it all up. I don't have to want for anything because the Lord has provided it all and I am truly blessed.
