AK lately.

Well hey there! Long time no post! What have I missed in the blog world?! Too much, I'm sure! 

Well let's get this life update started with Alabama's birthday! My sweet little niece turned 3 on Feb 26th! I can't believe how big she's getting! I tell her all the time she needs to stay little forever. Her reply is always "but Kah Kah, I want to be a big girl like you!" so.stinkin'.cute.! 

VA had her birthday party at Patriot's Park gym. It was a cheerleading party! There was a cheerleader who came to do some cheers and tumbles with the kids and they were all so cute! Per usual, I only have a picture of  Alabama, but I was too busy "wrestling" with my crazy Uncle Bo to get any more than that! ha! 

I ran out of gas on I20. I was ONE mile from the gas station I was trying to make it to! Do you know how mad I was?! I guess I wasn't praying hard enough that day! Don't judge, I pray over my gas tank on a weekly basis! ha! 

One of my best friends from college, David, just moved to Nashville for work. I had a little melt down when he called to tell me, {mainly because he was already there when he finally got in touch with me, so I couldn't go see him before he left} but we're planning a road trip soon! If you live in Nashville,we should totally meet up! :) 

My BEST friend, Jessica, came home from Guatemala last Tuesday!!! I know that God used her in such awesome ways while she was there, and she formed some great relationships, but I am SO SO SO glad to have her back!! I've missed having my best friend in driving distance! 

My daddy had some minor back surgery two weeks ago. He's doing well! Hopefully, this will help fix all his "problems" with his legs and arms! We'll see!

I went to Charleston with Sarah and Shannon for Sarah's "bachelorette weekend". We did lots of shopping and then got mani/pedis! It was fun and simple...which is what I like! ;) 

A friend told me about an app for Android called PicPlz. It's JUST like Instagram for iPhone and it's awesome! I was so excited!!

This past weekend, we had Disciple Now for the youth group at our church. I had middle school girls, and man was I tried yesterday! ha! I had fun, but after a weekend of staying in a house with 9 middle school girls who we had to beg to shower, I was so glad to be back home last night!
