i can hear the bells




Hey y'all! How in the world was your weekend?! I had a fantastic one,

 so I will share a little bit of it with you.

Saturday morning, I got up really early to head to Corneila for one of my best friend's, David's, wedding. On my way in, I stopped through Royston to pick up the flowers!

They were soo pretty!! I got to the church and helped Katie's {the bride} Mom set up a few last minute things! While we {david, jesse{the best man} and me} brought in the flowers, the cake guy delivers the cake. {which was supposed to have been picked up the day before but it wasn't ready}

It was so pretty, but the problem was there was only one cake...there was supposed to be 3.

Well, the bakery is closed on Saturday's so David had no way of getting in touch with these people. So between the two of us, we got his last name, home address, and phone number. {real stalkers, I know.}

 Finally, after only minor freaking out, we got a hold of the guy and he brought the other two cakes back to us!!  

The wedding was so pretty, and their favors at the reception was a candy table!! It was so cute!!

I got to see some of my favorite people, which is always a plus!! I knew it would happen, but I cried through half of the service..especially when David was singing along to one of the songs to Katie!! So.sweet.!!

After the wedding, I went to Franklin Springs! I went to a dorm and showered and got ready until Hilary got off work. Once she got there, Richard, Susan, Holly, Hilary and I all went to Athens for a while! Once we got back to the Springs, all of us except Holly hung out at Richard and Susan's. We sat outside talking until almost 4am!! It was so much fun just sitting around, talking, and telling stories! I just love those three, and I'm not quite sure why we all never hung out when I was at EC!!!

Sunday, I went through Athens on my way home to grab some lunch with Katie and Emily. We went to Cracker Barrel, and had our normal waiter, Kevin! Ha! {yep, you know its bad when you have a "normal waiter" in another town!!} It was so good to see them, but I really missed Jess. Made me miss her more, just like Skype does.

It's now Monday night {tuesday by the time you read this}and I still haven't been home. I'm babysitting at night this week for some friends of ours and had to come straight here when I got back in town. So far, I haven't burned down the house, they haven't killed each other, and the house isn't a wreck. I think I'm doing well. I've still got two more nights of this, though. Ha!!

Im sure my time playing "mommy"will go by super quick, and Ill be home befote I know it.
