twist and turns.

I'm working today and it feels so weird. I've had my Saturday's free to do as I please for a little over a year now.  The dealership I worked at for about 3 years while I was in high school, called me this past week to come help with out with Saturday's because the receptionist for Saturday is having surgery. I definitely needed the extra money so I told them yes. I guess Summer was not the best time to add an extra day of work to my busy schedule, but it will work out.
I'm so nervous today, because some things have changed and I didn't have any training for the new stuff. I just hope I don't mess up. {apparently all the calls are being recorded now. sure hoping i don't slip and say "c&c automotive, how may i help you?" ha!} Saturday is much more relaxed, so it won't be that big of a deal. There are only a handful of people here that I still know, so I'm also having to learn all the new names and faces. Talk about killer.
I am able to wear jeans to my job currently, but I can't to TMC on Saturday's. I have absolutely no dress clothes besides dresses and skirts. Don't get me wrong I love a cute summer dress and all, but I need a few pairs or khaki's or something. {i do have a pair of black pants, but I hate them. lol.}But, the problem is, I don't have khaki's because I can't ever find any that fit right. Looks like that's what I'll be doing next week... Looking for some nice khaki's or white pants.

I'm so ready to be back in school and get it over with. I think I've made up my mind and I want to be back in the fall. I don't want to go to school though. I want to do it online. {well as much as i can}  I know loans aren't smart at all, but if I have to, that's what I will do. I will not go back to GMC.
I want to have a full time job and go to school, and that cannot happen unless I do it online, or take night classes, but I have entirely too much to do to do night classes.

I've learned recently that friends come and go like seasons, and that you cannot always count on them. There are some friends that you will bend over backwards for, while they do nothing. I've too often been a prime example of that. I've never been one to think others need to do something for me, so I do all the work while they sit back and enjoy it. I've come to realize that a friendship, or any relationship for that matter cannot work like that. There has to be work from both sides or it will fail miserably.

I just finished {thursday night} Karen Kingsbury's book Leaving. Oh.my.word. It was wonderful!!!!  I cried and cried through the different twist and turns it took. I love her, and all of her books! I cannot wait until the next book comes out in June!!! I think I'll be buying it the day it hits the stores!!  Next on my list is Something Borrowed, because I'm dying to see the movie but I really want to read the book first!!! I think I'll get that one in the next couple days.

I have a feeling today is going to drag by. 8-6 for a Saturday is a looong day. kill.me.now. {when i worked here before, the hours were 8-1, then we switched and someone else came in 1-6. that worked out so much better.} The phone has rang a total of 3 times in the last two hours. Two were service calls and one was a hangup. There have been 2 people browsing the lot, and I think those are actually customers for service who got bored. I think I'll have to take a lunch to go home and get my brother's phone charger so I can survive this afternoon. {i left mine in athens last weekend.} I may even have to venture over to the good ole myspace and fill out a survey or two like old times just to pass time quickly! ha ha!!!

I'm sorry this post has been so random. That's what happens inside the brain of an ADD kid. You jump from subject to subject...all.the.time. ha!!
