-attend just "another Jesus conference"
-hear amazing music
-listen to wonderful preachers/speakers
-have a blast with a great group
-come home with lots of stories
-feel pumped up
-get the same "spiritual high" as camps and everything else
-come home thinking differently
-have such a passion to "Do Something Now"
-feel burdened for children and adults alike who don't have luxuries that I have
-feel overwhelmed by worshipping God with 22,000 other people
-worship until I had nothing left-want to strip everything extra
-carry the name of Jesus boldly
i couldn't believe the way God moved among the lives of 22,000 college students.
i never fathomed that "ramen noodle eating" college students and volunteers would give over 1,000,000 to carry the name of Jesus across the world.
i thought i would hate going to my family group and get nothing out of it
i never imagined 17,000 people exiting the Phillips Arena in PURE silence in awe of God
i didn't know i'd feel that God was speaking directly to me through every speaker and every song.
beth moore was wonderful. chris tomlin was amazing
david platt was passionate. david crowder rocked it.
francis chan was sensational. kristan stanfill was phenomenal.
andy stanley was powerful. christy nockels was amazing.
louie giglio was extraordinary. lecrae was brilliant.
but NOTHING compares to the almighty power of Jesus and His magnificant name.
