Friday night, Aunt Kathie, Bo, and Jenna came out of the Forest to the Country and had supper with VA and Ad so I went to visit with them for a while.
Saturday, Sasha guilted me into going with her to the clean up day at the church for Homecoming. We had to be there at 8, so we DEFINITELY had to do a coffee run before that started!! We got everything looking prettay, and then headed back to Thomson. We helped VA set up her booth fro Mistletoe and Memories or whatever it was called(it was a little christmas thing with booths of different companies set up for people to look. not as may were there as i had hoped, but it was still good!), then we went to get some lunch at Hogie Joe's, then came home to be lazy until time for the 20 year Anniversary celebration at church last night!
It was so much fun! We had Shane's(amazing), a bonfire, the kids had inflatables, and then there were some AMAZING fireworks to top it all off! It was cold, and I was freezing before it was over, but it was a blast!!
Today was our Homecoming at Grace, and it's the 20th Anniversary! So amazing! God has done, and is continuing to do some wonderful things at our church!!! and I'm so glad to be able to say I'm apart of it!!!
I "officially" joined this morning!! I'd been fighting it for a while because I hate being in front of people, especially an entire church, but I FINALLY braved my nerves and walked down front!! I'm so excited even if I have been going there for close to a year now! I know that God has me there for a reason, and I love it!! I have the best church family and Pastor around!!!
I wish the weekend wasn't over already, but tomorrow starts a new week, no matter if we're ready or not!!
