I've been to lots of different places, but sadly never out of the US.
My family *used to* go on vacation every.single.summer. but after my dad stopped going every single piano tuning convention, the vaca's stopped too. We still go from time to time, but they are usually close, and not to different states like before. We've been all over the place, and the most borning was Kansas City. nothing at all to do!
BUT. i'm not even going to talk about a family vaca. I'm going to talk about May Tour 2009 with EC Singers. We went to Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
It was so much fun! We worked at a camp in Virginia and bought super warm clothes because it was supposed to be freezeing and we all ended up in shorts!!! We broke out the famous game of Signs, we stayed in some of the BEST host homes inMaryland, and our host family got up early and cooked us breakfast every.single.morning. We sang at some pretty awesome services, and we got to go to DC and walk around..our group went twice because we didn't get to buy anything the first day. We walked around Maryland and got called Ducklings all day, and we each grew so much closer together!!! It was such an amazing expierence, and i'd do it all again tomorrow if I had the opportunity!!!!!
