take one step at a time..no need to rush

Can you believe that I had friends come on Friday night?! Nope, well me either! ha! I can't believe that people actually came to the "country"!!! (i'm pretty sure that red velvet cake was a bribe, but still!) annnd I got to watch RENT. which i NEVER pass up a chance to do, so all in all, it was a "right nice night out in the country!"

I was so excited that my favorite Alabama cousin, Ben and his fiance', Anna came to visit for the weekend!!! It was REALLY spur of the moment, like she called me wednesday, and they came on Saturday night! I went out to Gibson Saturday night so they could ride to church with me on Sunday. They finally got there about 1am! and then like always, we stayed up until at least 2:30 talking and catching up!! I don't think i've seen either one of them since they were here last for Christmas! We've definitely got to plan an Alabama weekend trip before their wedding in November! (which, i'm excited to be apart of btw!)

Sunday, Adam and I were in Kid's Alive, so Ben and Anna came with us to watch! It was a wester theme this week, so we were decked out in plaid, cowboy boots and hats, belt buckles, and i had braids! haha! She took lots of pictures, so maybe i can share some when she puts them on fb! :)

We met everyone for lunch at Hibitchi Grille, and then went and looked around at the mall! 

They came out to our house after work on Monday night with Nana, and we had spaghetti, and watched home videos!! It was so much fun! We had Nana laughing and cutting up and couldn't get her to stop! mhhh. I sure do have the best family around! :)

Yesterday, I registered for classes at GMC. I'm a college student again! WOW. It's kind of surprising! I'm ready for it though! I need to get this stuff on the ball!!! annnd I think i've finally gotten somewhere on a major too!

I've only got to make it through today and tomorrow at work, then I'm Helen bound!!!! Tubing, Cabbage Patch Land, family, vacation, shopping, candy shops, and just plain fun! I cannot wait!!! We haven't had a big family vaca in a while, so I think this shall be fun! :) I'm sure I'll let you all know how it goes!
