last weekend.

Well, even though I should be washing dishes, and doing homework on this lovely Sunday afternoon, i'll procrastinate as usual and update all of you on my boring life! :)

Last weekend, I went with the family to Helen for the weekend. Everyone took off Thursday and Friday, except me, I only got Friday off, so I had to drive up Thursday night by myself. It wasn't bad though! I got to take VA's car, so I had air the entire way...ahhh. it was nice! :)  [side note- the whole reason for going was because it was the annual GCB(ga council of the blind) convention, so daddy, momma, and alicia had meetings all day.]

It rained on Friday, so after they finished with meetings and such, we went to the Baby Land General Hospital in Cleaveland so Alabama could see all the Cabbage Patch Kids! They just built a new building, and it was super nice and huge! I loved it! (don't judge me! yes I still like CPK!) We even got to watch Mother Cabbage deliver a baby!! Alicia bought Alabama a baby CPK that laughs, and she LOVES it! Her name is Dimple! (I think I've found my future children's name! ha!) I also got a CPK! :)  I've never, ever found anything with my name on it, so I bought a CPK and I changed the name so it will be Audra Kate and have my birthday!!! :D i'm super excited...(don't judge me!) lol

Saturday, we got up and went tubing down the "hootch"!!! and let me tell you, it was crowded!!! We had to stand up on the bus ride there, and let me assure you that it's not easy having to stand up in a school bus with nothing to hold onto when you have a crazy driver!!! It was "fun", I guess, but I'm not so sure i'd do it again anytime soon! There are entirely too many rocks and tubes! We kept getting stuck the whole time! ha!

Sunday, it was time to come home, so we got up and got ready and packed and headed home! It was fun, but I was glad to get back home and back in my bed!! :)
