This weekned was so much fun!!!
Friday night, was a night with the family! We went to Shane's in Evans (one of my faaavvvs) for supper, and then VA and I tried finding me an outfit for Saturday night, but i didn't want to spend $40+ dollars on an outfit i'd wear once. (i had already tried looking at goodwill, and had no luck there.)
Saturday morning, I got up entirely too early for a saturday and went to some yard sales with VA and her friend, Abbie. Abbie is pregnant with a baby boy, so she was trying to find lots of little boy things, but didn't have much luck. She did get some great deals for a few things though. I bought Bama some clothes and books, and I bought me a new picture frame for my room! Can't wait to fill it up some awesome pictures! We went and got some breakfast from Cracker Barrel afterwards, and it was soo good!! They have some new blueberry french toast type stuff, and it is ahhhmazing!!!!!
It was entirely TOO hot on saturday, but I still found it completly necessary to clean out my car in like 500 degree weather!! I even cleaned the dash and vacuumed it out!!!!!
Then it was time for the Young Adult Murder Mystery Dinner at the ElLaissi's house!!! I was a suspect, by the name of Hedy Shablee to be exact. Taylor as Tiny Bubbles, and Kerri as Marylin Merlot and I made up the girl suspects. Then there was Nick as Ralph Rottengrape, Bryan as Papa Vito, and Brian as Otto Van Schnopps to make up the boy suspects. We didn't even have an idea who the "murderer" was until the very end, and of course it fit well because it was Papa Vito!!! :) Some secrets about each of us were revealed throughout the entire night, and it was hilarious to watch everyone's expressions..including ours!!!!
They cooked a delicious spaghetti and salad dinner, with cheesecake for dessert!!! We had some of the best servers, and our host were so generous!!!!! I love that all these people helped make something so much fun for us!!! I cannot wait until our July function!!!! :D
I had Kid's Alive on Sunday and I'm really loving doing it now! I know I freaked out at first, but it's really a lot of fun!!! I just have to get an outfit to wear every sunday I'm in it. This week, I was in the skit with Steven Tulley who is Brooks and Brian Maxwell who is Marty. "Brooks" forgot some of his lines this week, so we had to make up part of it! ha!! It went well though!!! We're doing a service in "big church" in August, and i'm so excited!!! I'm nervous to the max no doubt, but I'm excited about planning it all, and helping get it all together!!! It should be so much fun! I can't wait!!! :)
