Easter time!

HAPPY EASTER!!!! :) 

I'd like to start this Easter post, by letting you know that Miss Alabama Grace has began to walk!!! She's walking EVERYWHERE, other than when someone wants to see her walk! ha! She really is becoming such a big girl! VA prayed that she could walk by Easter, and here she is, walking on Easter! She was quite fussy today, and there wasn't much walking done outside of the house, but she is sure tearing up those floors!!!

Today has been a pretty fun day! Normally, we have a huge group together on Easter, but this year it was rather small.  My  Aunt Kathie and Uncle Bo had an Easter thing at her house this year with all of her family, but instead of going there, we stayed at Adam and Virginia's. Maxine and Jerry--Adam's mom and dad, plus all of us, came over and had a wonderful lunch!!! Mom cooked ham, and sweet potato souffle and Alicia made macaroni and cheese, Ad and VA made green beans, strawberry cake, I made potato salad (i know! i made something!!!! and it turned out well!), and Maxine brought deviled eggs. (which are btw, my favvvorite easter item!)  I was kind of glad to have it so small this year and not have so many people running around!

We took some pictures in our Easter clothes, hopefully VA will get Maxine's camera this week so we can upload them! I'm such a slacker with my pictures!! I was a little upset when I came out of  Sunday School this morning and saw that another lady at church had my dress on!!! AHH!!  I'll start going out of town to buy my Easter clothes from now on! ha!! :)

I think Alabama had a fun day, too! The "Easter Bunny" brought her a lamb, some candy, and some paci's. Aunt Katie bought her bubbles, and Big Momma, Poppa, and Sweet potato got her some snacks, and stuffed animals, and other fun stuff!! She loved her yogurt melts! Those are her favorites by far! (i'd prefer the yogurt nibblers, any day though! ha!!) Tonight, we went to the Spring Fling Easter thing at church, and Alabama got to hunt for eggs. They tried letting her jump on the inflatables but she had just woken up and was way too tired still for all that!! So we didn't stay for that very long, but it was still fun!

Aside from Easter, tomorrow I get to play cheaffeur and drive my sister around all day for her vending traning. I'm not excited AT ALL that i have to be at Sam's at 8am. that will mean i'll be up at an un-godly hour to get ready. i guess i better get some books and magazines together for this...uh, wonderful event. i'm just glad it's only for two weeks, and only three days a week. So my mondays, tuesdays, and thursdays will be pretty wrapped up.

I'm still trying to find a job. I applied somewhere on Saturday. i'm not exactly sure where it was, I just know a receptionist job in Augusta. It said 2 years receptionist expierence and i've had 3 almost 4, so maybe I'll be qualified! Still praying God's wiil in this situation! Keep praying with me, please!!

Hope this week will be filled with great warm weather, and fun things to do! :) I hope I find some time to swing! :)
