playing mommy.

Well, today I "played mommy" for the day!
And let me tell you, it wore me out!!!!! I even took a nap, while she napped!! I never take naps! (although sometimes i wish i did!)
She woke up at 6:30 this morning and wanted a bottle, so Adam went and got her and gave her the bottle, and i went and got in VA's bed with her and we both went back to sleep. I only slept until 7:30, then i had to get up and make sure I had time to get ready before she woke up! I got ready, straightened up the house, ate breakfast, washed dishes, and about 9:30, Miss Alabama Grace woke up! We ate breakfast, then Leslie got there so I could go watch Lauren.
Leslie brought Annalise with her, and they played and played!! She took them outside for over an hour, and they cried when she brought them back inside!!! They rode around in their cars, and swung, and played in the play house (that "Daddy" just built a porch on), and walked all over the yard! I got back home around 1:15 or so, and Bama was napping. She napped from about 1 until i went and woke her up at 4!!! She was one tired, little girl!!!! I caught a quick 45 minute nap, but I think that just made me more tired!! ha!
After she woke up, she ate some lunch, then I changed her clothes for church. Then....Mommy came home!!!!! She was excited, and so happy to see her mommy and her Sweet potato, and Poppa!!!
It was fun getting to spend lots of time with my little Bama girl, but i know that I am no way, in any time soon, ready to be a mother. (i knew this before today, it just made it certain! ha!) Kudos to mothers!!!! :)

Now that my cafe has some food on the counters and stoves, and i've caught up on my blogs for the day, I'm heading to bed!!! I really wish I had my rice sock to sleep with tonight, my back isn't feeling the greatest! I don't think i mentioned the reason I can't sleep with my rice sock.....but i broke the microwave last week. ha! We needed a new one anyway! :)

Oh, and I think I also forgot to mention, that I found GRAY hair in my head over the weekend!!! :/ Such a shame to be 20 and turning gray.  I thought at first it was just one piece, oh no...there were MORE!!! I'll be making a hair appointment to get my "hair did" soon!!!!
