humpty dumpty and cracker barrel. oh the fun we have.

Today Virginia and I had to go to Augusta to take back two doors to home depot that didn't fit for the new bathroom we are remodeling.

Let's start with sending two sisters, who have no idea about buying doors, and a baby into home depot. ...doesn't that scream wrong decision?! Yes, I believe it does. After Adam "explains" which doors to get, V becomes quite stressed, and wants to scream. We find a guy to help us, but apparently he can't understand English, or he either shouldn't be working at home depot, but he made it worse. He confused us both to no end! I finally had to stop, say "no" and tell him two more times, after V had already explained what we wanted, that he wasn't showing us the right doors. FINALLY, he understood that he had just taken back the doors he was showing us, and helped us find the right ones and they got us all loaded in the car!

V decided that we need chocolate after having to deal with all that mess, and Cracker Barrel's Coca-Cola cake was just what we needed!!!

Now would probably be a great time to mention, that V and I are on a low carb diet, and coca-cola cake is DEFINATELY not on it!

We both ordered smothered chicken tenderloins, which is grilled chicken tenders topped with bacon, and cheese, and green beans as our side!!! nothing wrong with that at all!! :)

well, we came to the conclusion a while back, that corn muffins, aren't made with flour they are made with corn mill so we can eat those! ;) once the waitress takes our orders, she says "well, most people don't usually get bread with the low carb meals, but do you want any?" of course we say yes, and "Humpty Dumpty" decided she's going to look at us like we are fat girls trying hard to eat right, but not accomplishing it. She brought us our bread, but only ONE corn muffin, and three biscuits,... [she could have at least done two and two..but not "Humpty Dumpty"]...and only butter. NO jelly at all. I mean just because it has sugar in it doesn't mean we don't want it. she must not know where assuming gets you! :) lol

So finally we get our food, some refills, and V asks for jelly. Which afterwards, she tried to bring us fresh biscuits...doesn't matter I tried making feel like you were awful for eating them in the first place, let me bring you some more! "Humpty Dumpty" doesn't have it all together!!!!

So the time comes for our great anticipated dessert time! *Hallelujah chorus plays*

V orders the coca-cola cake, and I got apple dumplings. [i tried to make them work for being healthy...apples, ice cream is dairy...] she stood there, and stares at us, for like a literal minute and a half, until she finally replies with "uh, yeah, okay"

As soon as she leaves, V and I burst into laughter of course...until we tell each other "she's right behind you" lol

I'm pretty sure that "Humpty Dumpty" still thinks we are crazy, as well as you do now that you've read this and probably didn't laugh even once. but still, it was hilarious to us...[we've also been told, we laugh at everything! ...and we're okay with that! :)]

But, doesn't everyone deserve at least one day off a diet?!
